Make it clear to contributors that their wares will be properly advertised among our members. An special publication with advertisements of each contributor over a certain retail value could be prepared and mailed to every member who participates in the event (contest, convention, etc.). Although it would be black and white to allow reasonable production costs (~$2 per booklet), it will allow ALL the members to get information about the product.
