James and Dave are not on the MCM...

Okay!  So there it is, reproduced for all to see.  We have rights to
publish all the photos in the contest.  James knows that.  Dave does not,
yet.  I will clarify Dave when appropriate, since he's REALLY going off on
a tangent again with his last message.

Second point: neither of them receives the MC list.  I have been manually
cc'ing them on relevant mail, so when they reply, they end up cc'ing to
the MC as well.
