Hi all -- 
Well, I think that I have all of the bills in and paid, and we did REALLY well 
at the First Annual AGA Convention/Whatever.
Here are the figures.
REVENUES    
Admission and event fees, sponsorships         $7,912.50
Donations to the Auction                                    492.00
50% of the rest of Auction sales                         439.50

EXPENSES    
Tenn. Aquarium rental                                    $   990.00
Caterer -- Friday night banquet                          2,685.14
Riverboat Cruise                                              1,197.00
Clarion -- Deposit                                                200.00
           -- Hall and snacks Saturday                      563.39
           -- Breakfast etc. Sunday                           811.69

Total expenses                                               $6,447.22

NET PROFIT -- YES PROFIT                           $2,396.78

And, oh yes, John Glaeser gave us the $1,000 donation.
