Hi guys, I have booked the Clarion for Nov 9,10,11 @$67.00 per room plus tax and a one time setup fee of $350.00 for all Sat and Sun. We will be in the ballroom on lobby level and also have another room that will accommodate as many as 20 vendors. Ballroom will be sectioned off so auction can be set up as we are finishing our talks. Will try to get TNAQ for Fri banquet again. I am suggesting the following people as speakers: Main guest speaker C. Kasselmann, Diana Walstad, Tom Barr, Greg Morin and our AV aquarium photographer Todd for a photo. aquariums talk. I am also recommending that we cover speakers hotel- food other than supplied at conference is their responsibility,and they cover their own transportation except for Kasselmann - we cover her airfare. Sue can usually find really great flights for me so I know she will help. We need to see if we can find our own av stuff and not pay a rental fee so volunteer your info and equipment ideas. Any ideas on Sun event for lunch after our general session? All for now. Still don't have any volunteers to solicit support!!!!!!!!!
