Thanks Erik, for handling the showcase.  I can probably help with some of
the solicitations as I have a few already from last year I can contact. We
will need to be soliciting vendors as well at the same time. We have space
for 20 vendors and will need the cash to pay speaker expenses.  Spaces are
$300 and include one registration.  If people wish to have ads in our
packets that is $100. and they can send us flyers or we can copy plain
flyers like last year.  They can also send coupons, samples, whatever to go
into packets. We are paying hotel costs for speakers this year so more
vendor money is important. Charlene
