Not really. To make a long story short, the Boston Post Office has been
dragging its feet. Today I politely told the Manager of Customer Service
that if I don't get a response soon I was going to go to the Channel 7 News
consumer advocate, and that she could tell that to the head of bulk mail and
her supervisor. So we shall see... I am fully prepared to go to the media
if necessary.
