Dear Mary,

    Sorry for the confusion.  I was so focused on my not getting the no 2
issue that I didn't realize that there was any problem with the no.1 issue.
Let's hope this little snafu will be straightened out shortly!
    Therefore, with the exception of Merrill and myself, I'll send TAG 14
(no 1) out to the 13 people listed on inside cover.  I'll send out early
this week.
