administrivia: aga-member and aga-announce

Just looked through the mailing list subscriber lists, and you guys should
probably be members of aga-member and aga-announce... it'll make it
easier when discussions crop up there, so Karen and I aren't the only ones
answering questions.  So, for instance, when Dave G offered his services
to help the AGA restructure TAG, you could all join in the fun!
