The new website is great!  Having the major links at the top of the page
really helps.

My only suggestion is to add some information on how to renew.  I suggest
that the How to
Join stuff have the word "renew" added, and that the application have a
checkoff for either
"new member" or "renewal".  I would also like to add a membership
listing/status page that
lets people know where they stand, as that is the second most frequent
inquiry that I get.
This is probably a lot of work and we should discuss it later (after TAG is
being issued
regularly).

The most frequent inquiry is "Why haven't I gotten anything in _ months?"
and it has gotten
to the point where someone has filed a consumer complaint demanding a refund
(more later).
Could we keep the "publishing status" statement permanent, to keep people
informed about delays?  Also, should
we prominently feature the PAM deal (making PAM subscribers into AGA
members) as few seem to know about
this?  Is it even official?
