Welcome James Purchase

I'd like to officially welcome James Purchase to the management committee.  
James was recently appointed by the board as the chair of "solicitations
and donation".  The job will entail coordinating donations and other such
things for AGA projects such as the aquascaping contest, the convention,
and TAG (advertising).  Any new project that needs some kind of vendor
support should contact James with details on what they need.  

Incidentally, a minor part of the job description will be choosing a 
better title than "chair of solicitations".

PS: On another note, Merrill Cohen's e-mail address is now bouncing, and I 
don't have a new one.  If he's still on the management committee, could 
someone who has contact with him have him shoot me a note with his new 
address?
