I'm forwarding a question from the field.  I also received a response
from Coastal AS in Sarasota, FL, and he would like information snail
mailed to him.  However, I'm  just going to offer the PDFs up when they
come out and see how that goes.

I'm guessing it would take travel expenses and someone's personal time
and commitment.  Being not-for-profit might have an impact on this as
well, though I'm not sure what it would be.
