I would also like to add a few other questions; How many registrations and banquets do we have sold? How many hotel room nights are booked? Have the arrangements for the field trips been finalized? What advertsing has been done so far? Have the speakers all been confirmed? Have the speakers travel arrangements (Where applicable) been made? Have the AV requirements for the speakers/workshops been handled? Is the hotel aware of the room configuration for speakers/workshops/banquet/auction? Sorry for all of the questions but we are now approaching the 60 Day window. Traditionally, you just don't get that many last minute registrations for a national conference. Most folks who are going to fly need to book their tickets at least 3 weeks out. In my opinion, for whatever it's worth, it is absolutely critical that GWAPA and the AGA MCM know where we are at now. This next 30 day window is going to make or break AGA2K4. I think that we should try to have a weekly progress report on all oustanding issues from here on to the conference. Again, these are just my opinions but I would be remiss not to state them.
