This item is hard to assess without a full rundown on the
budget and the expenses/obligations committed so far and
the revenues received/promised so far -- what would be
called in budgeting circles a budget performance report.
This is ust a list of all the items of the original budget
with an additional column for what has been spent/received
so far for each line item -- plus a third column with the
current estimate of what the final number will be for each
line item.

This info falls out of the Budget performance report.

Although important, the room nights are not as hard to meet
as the banq obligation. Again, that info falls out of the
budget performance report. The same goes for FTs and the
impacts of any other expenses/revs such as ads, rentals,
insurance, etc.

Yes, we should be in the peak season of registration right
about now but it feels like a lull.
