It is a little (or a lot) worrisome to me that this
should be our peak and
we are seeing a lull, defintely hit the marketing end of
this now. I am
sure everyone is doing this, and knows it already....
...I mean afterall this is Amano and Washingtong DC, it
would be great to
play in DC before/after the convention.

For the posible convenience of those involved, I've
attached a copy of a form of Performance Report that
needs
only to have the data inserted. The data for the
"Original
Budget" is based on what I worked up before the hotel
deal
was finished and probably needs to be updated with some
diff values for prices, e.g. roomnights ended up higher
than estimated when Rick and I put this version of the
original budget together. Although I did the
sensitivity
analysis for the various hotel deals. I didn't take it
upon
myself to prepare a final budget based on the the deal
finally accepted. But this form of report should be
enough
to work with. All of the data should be in hand.
