Currently I think they should be doing a lot more. Gloria, as the plant
section manager, is doing what she can personally. That 15% sale will
'just to happen' to be on that weekend, and since she's in charge of
the plants - she'll have a special order in for us.

The owner has not shown much interest in anything - refusing to
talk with me on the phone - literally. Gloria was saying hes a little
strange like that.
