Phil,

I think James Purchase did it all by email.

I know our local club does it all by mail, but that is usually several 
months in advance.

Sorry with a 9 mo old, a job and expecting a second, I don't have anytime 
to spare, or else I would offer.

I wonder how Dallas did it last year??
