Yes, that could work. But not if we hold to to 2-hour
blocks though. If we do hold to 2-hour blocks, then it
won't change the postion of lunch by swtiching the order,
only by switching the start time.

We had a terrific convention last year but one of the
complaints was that there wasn't enough time to shmooz etc.

The 2-hour blocks address that concern -- increases the
social aspects and the support for the vendors.

Otoh, there can be other benefits to having the Focus
Groups first and the Big speakers later -- then we'd maybe
want to move Amano ahead of Jan instead of him doing talks
back to back, one before and one after dinner?
