I have talked to the hotel. We were within are the dates to have deliveries scheduled for our event. I was concerned about the size. As long as the boxes can be moved by dollies they will recieve and put them in storage.
There is no charge for this. The hotels only concern was that if the boxes were too big to move, then we would have to recieve and place them in their storage.
From what I have read we are Okay.
