Hi Phil,

He hasn't paid anything yet.<g>  And by the time he knows for sure whether
he'll be able to come, it may be too late for the program.  He's pretty sure
he can make it, but there is an overlap between his trip to Cambodia and the
conference, so he's still working out the details.  He says he's "80% sure"
he can make it.

He's out of his office now for the next week, so he won't get your e-mail
until he returns.
