Okay, change in plans Jay....
...called and bugged the hotel about the rate...there is a $119 rate for ALL 4 nights, if you give up the $99 and 269 for two nights respectively.
SO I BOOKED HIM A $119, KING bed, smoking, (okay because the sterotype is that most people in Europe smoke) he can change this to two double beds, or non smoking in he wants. He is booked 11, 12, 13, 14 at $119.

They said they would hold this for 48 hours, but since it took like 7 calls and multiple transfers between hotel and reservation line to get this....I would do it in 24. GRRRRR!

If he doesn't have a credit card to hold the rooms, then I would suggest calling and talking to the hotel manager directly and seeing if he can do a bank transfer of funds to hold the room, or see what other options are available.
Currently they only had rooms left for the group rate on the nights of the 12, 13 for $99, otherwise the rooms were like $200+ a night, I asked if there were other specials they said no. You might want to include in the email, the hotel nearby for him to contact or let him know about the $269, or $279 rate.
I have a courtesy HOLD for 48 hours on rooms for a non smoking 2 bed room (he can change all of this), under confirmation number 86856538
Please contact Marian/or the interpreter ASAP and let them know to call and reserve the rooms ASAP. If he doesn't have a credit card then talk with the manager on how to reserve a room. Like I said , I wouldn't think the hotel would turn down wired money as a deposit if he has no credit card.

I emailed him about 4 days ago asking if he is going to handle hotel
reservations himself, he said YES. I'm not sure why he is emailing you
instead of me.

Another problem is that he is going back to Poland on 15th and I'm going
back to NJ on Sunday 14th. Not sure how he plans to get to the airport.
