This is not an unreasonable request, imo. Theoreticaly, the bill should be sent to AGA2K4, which would then remit from AGA2K4 funds out of the Wachovia account. Phil can send them his address or Ivo's. Either way, Ivo would need to be notified. If that cannot be done easily, then I'll send them my address tonight and I'll pay the bill from AGA funds. In this case, the amount will then need to be debited from the AGA2K4 totals before the final reconciliation and split of net AGA2K4 funds between GWAPA and AGA. First is simpler accountingwise, but he second might be more expeditious.
