ACA would be able to get an exemption from VA because it is
federally recognized under 501(c)3 -- that's the platinum
cup of tax exempt status, a non-profit charitable or
educational organization. AGA's application under 501(c)3
did not succeed but resulted in the IRS suggesting that we
reapply under 501(c)7, which we have done. The application
is pending but the IRS did cash the check for  the
application fee.

ACA or NEC does
