Dear Marian:
I welcome your interest in the 2004 AGA
Convention. We really enjoy meeting our compatriots from
Europe.
It has been brought to my attention that you are requesting a time slot,
possibly during the banquet. I am sorry to remind you that, as
we mentioned before, all of the speaking arrangements were made months
ago, and the schedule has been finalized. There were many good
speakers that we were not able to include because of time
constraints.
I have also been informed that you have produced a video that you would
like to sell at the convention. All solicitations at the convention need
to be from a vendor table or sold though the auction to the highest
bidder.
The cost for a vendor table is $250 and you would keep all proceeds from
your sales. Proceeds from items in the auction are split between the
seller and the convention committee.
