Amano is arriving Wednesday afternoon.
Jan is arriving on Thursday - Sean has his itenerary.
The Senskes are arriving on Thursday - they have yet to mail me their
itenerary.
Don't know what time Paul is getting here - Paul?
The hospitality suite opens up Thursday night.
Rick was contacting Amano to see what his preference would be for
Thursday. I'm assuming, and we're planning, on taking him into DC.
Now, besides that, we were planning on having a dinner at my place on
Thursday night, with the AGA board members, the speakers, and
GWAPA board members and volunteers - starting at 6 pm, after
which we'll all head back to the hotel to the Hospitality suite.
Still trying to nail this down. No promises.
