I suspect because he doesn't want lots of other aquarium clubs asking for
donations, but I don't know for sure. He's also just a very private guy.
In any case, I guess it doesn't really matter why. If he's nice enough to
donate, we should respect his wishes.

Phil, I asked Kathy at FAN if she would like to include some company
flyers
in the welcome packets and she said no thanks, because hobbyists cannot
order from them directly. But I could mock up a thank-you ad of a

size for the program, listing those who donated plants and asking the
convention-goers to support them wherever possible. And then make sure
that
the plant-donators get a copy of the program. <g>
