We have told people who attend our meetings that they were only 
grandfathered in if they were a member of the GWAPA club on April 1.  After 
that they join the AGA top attend.  Rule are rules.

It was 60 buck for registration for months and months and
anyone that had to paid 80 didn't try to avoid the 20 late
fee. I don't see why he should whine about *that*.

But I was told Gwapa membership counted for convention reg
purposes. I recall hearing this from AGA and GWAPA folks.

I belive it was the same last year for DFWAPC. Those folks
paid for AGA because they already had AGA membership,
wanted it, or were just chipping-in to the cause.
