Here is what I THINK Dave is going to do.  He has a huge stock of the 
Kasselmann book that he bought in 2002 and didn't sell.  Back in the 2002 
convention, where I beleive he didn't have a table either, but walked 
around selling them (essentially out of a box).  I think at the time 
it was "known and accepted" that Dave would be "the cheap source" for the 
Kasselmann book, and we also didn't have Phil, the Enforcer, to keep 
sellers in line. :)

Larry will remember that he decided that he wasn't making enough money and 
spontaneously raised his rates the first day of the convention, and then 
when nobody bought them at his new rates, proceeded to ship almost all his 
books back to California on Saturday, so that when he'd decided he'd been 
kinda stupid, he had no books left to sell.  And there they've sat ever 
since, as Dave refuses to advertise (even for free by participating on 
APD).  http://www.wcf.com/apbook  shows he's now selling it for $50 
(Amazon sells it and claims list of $63.50).

So I suspect Dave wants to bring his remaining stock of Kasselmann and 
sell it off for $50 or $45 or whatever.

I'll wait for a little and let you guys have your input, but I think from 
what I've heard, I should tell him that we will give him no support or 
plugs, and no wheeling and dealing anywhere near the vendor area.  (It 
probably won't be a problem -- even the conventions where he's PAID for a 
table, he never actually manned it for more than 5 minutes, but that's 
another story.)
