Re: [AGA-mcm] Thanks!
I think that I repaired some of Mr. Lucas damage by providing him more
attention. also on sunday I set up his table and put his magazines out on the
chairs. Mary made a nice sign for his table and he got good exposure during
the auction.
I talked to Milwalkee several times and he did not mention any problems to me?
I told him that I had several of his products that I bought almost as soon as
they were available. Same with AH supply.
I talked for quite awhile with Greg and Brian from Seachem, we are working with
on local grass roots membership. I felt that they got what they were looking
for from the convention.
Kent, I can't say. The vendor who came out was upset and said so many times.
I tried to work with him at every possible opportunity. I got the feeling that
he is just rude and it would not have matter if he had got he room on time.
I will do what I can to repair the damage.
I will try to document my thoughts on ways that the vendors could be better
served. We are both in the same business of promoting the hobby.
Rick
