Last year Larry took custody of the banner and delivered to to 2k4. This year I inherited the banner and the old AGA posterboard. Ray had been carrying that around with his other displays since last March. At the convention he turned in his remaining AGA brochures and left behind the posterboard. If Karen or someone else artistic has time, we need a new, more up-to-date posterboard. Also, I have the remaining aqua journals (several boxes) and ADA catalogues (less than a box) that we will vend or whatever. The net proceeds from those should be split with GWAPA since, essentially, they are a continuation of the convention activity. Of course, that's going to be tricky if we use them as membership bonuses. But I'm sure we'll figure out something useful that everyone is satisfied with. sh --- Cheryl Rogers <cheryl@rightstuffwebsites.com> wrote: > Maybe AGA can have some of this stuff printed with > convention proceeds. > > Like the Banner, something that can be used every year. > > Karen, was that your poster-board thingy near the > registration desk? > > Cheryl > > Karen Randall wrote: > > > I'd go for the pre-printed.
