Re: [AGA-mcm] feedback form



I'm pretty sure that in volunteer-to-participate assessment
surveys, those with complaints are more likely to respond.
It's one reason why random rather than self selection for
participation in a survey works better, from a statistical
point of view. That much I remember from my old copy of
Blalock. We just don't have that luxury.

We shouldn't let this stuff get to us personally, it might
be hard not to but there's too much work to do.
