Wow, The FT ride was long and although accidents aren't
predictable, problems occur often enough that one might be
expected. Perhaps we should have warend folks about the
length ofhte bus ride.

However, I don't think fed bldg.s, nat'l gallery, etc,
would have been appropriate for an AGA FT. Possibly the zoo
or Botanical Gardens but surely not the others.  We in fact
rejected the Zoo because most of it would not be aquatic
related and the Botanical gardens for the same reason. I
know ACA had mountain trip FT but I don't think we are
large enough to be organizing "extracurricular" activies.
Just working within the "curriculum" is as much as we can
handle. Besides, that stuff is all free and only a subway
ride away. Anyone could easily have opted for those things
on their own instead of the organized FT.
