Sorry,

I am on vacation and do not have a lot of time to check email.  The guidelines 
already exist and I think were written by Larry after last years convention.  
GWAPA should add to these and help move that docuement forward.

I really appreciate all the help that AGA gave us.  From planning and oversight 
to committee help as in Balin and Phil.  GWAPA would have been completely 
overhelm had it not been for for the AGAs help.

I will forward my comments when I get back and will do my best to help the next 
committee when they form.
