Hi Alesia,

1. I did not see Paul Krombolts session on collecting from the wild. Can

you supply me with a two line summary and three main points/tips? Also,
what is his country of origin (I want to state this in the article to
demonstrate the AGA brings in speakers from all over the world).<<

I didn't get to see Paul's talk and I don't think Cheryl did either. His
country of origin is Mississippi I believe<g> and I know his last name is
spelled Krombholz.

Sorry, no, I didn't catch it.

 >>>4. How many GALLONS is Takashi Amano's home tank? I could not get a

definitive answer on this.<<

Not a clue. I'll forward this to some of the others and see if anyone else
knows.

Karen, do you suppose that this is the same aquarium that he writes about in TAG 16-4, photo pg 17? It looks like the same one. I thought at the time it was ironic that Amano's article mentioned a mega-aquarium and Senske's article, the same issue, was about that topic.

Alecia, IF Karen agrees that this is the same tank, then the ONLY data we have is that it is 400 x 150 x 150 cm. From that you should be able to calculate volume. Water plus filter was 12 tons.

6. How many AGA members attended the conference?<<

Cheryl can probably answer that one. All the attendees are AGA members, of
course.

Approximately 150 people attended the convention.

Thanks for the exposure!

Best Regards,

Cheryl
