I didn't get to see Paul's talk and I don't think Cheryl did either.  His
country of origin is Mississippi I believe<g> and I know his last name is
spelled Krombholz.

The trouble with TFH is that they usually want permanent rights to photos.
(which is why I rarely sell anything to them)  That is something the AGA
can't give them.  I'll see if Cheryl has Oliver's e-mail so that you can get
directly in touch with him.  Payment for photos would have to go to the
original photographer anyway.  If this is a PR piece, and they are willing
to accept only one-time rights to the photo, then AGA can give them those
rights.

The Netherlands,  His name is Jan D. Bastmeijer though.  If you would like
me to proof your article for you, to make sure you've got all the names
right, I'd be happy to.  I know a couple of them were mis-spelled in the
program, and I'd hate to see that carried over into a TFH article.
