AGA '04 DVD will have the Demo, Amano's talk, Jan's talk and workshop, 
Diana's talk, Mike's talk, and if I can cram them in, the awards 
presentation & a 3 minute convention "featurette".  I got the editing done 
on all the talks within the first week or so of being back, but the demo 
(having three cameras and far more edits) takes up more time than 
everything else combined. So finishing that edit was a big milestone for 
me.

I will probably make a special version of the DVD with just the Amano demo 
and talk, but encoded at a higher bitrate for aquarium societies and such.
Didn't want to do a 2-disk set because we've already presold several 
copies at single-disk price, and I think I will be able to coax it all on.
