It's not the first time an invoice went missing before
being processed. Standard procedure is to get another copy
from the invoicer. Can one of the GWAPA folks (like Ivo
maybe) call or write the vendor and ask for a duplicate
invoice? They can probably even email or fax it or at least
quote the amounts over the phone, whichever is easiest for
them.
