least: Very poor communication and signage for events, schedules,etc

overall: It was a very hard event to put on. THere needs to be someone who 
verbally states the rest of the days schedule and the actual room at each 
event. Signs need to be posted. Communication was extremely poor and it was 
mainly word of mouth by those in the know clique. THis was frustrating and 
unprofessional
