I can add a note about v15 - current being available in print.  And of 
course I'll update the website with the nifty new Index when the thing 
passes (I think it's just David, maybe Cheryl too).

What do you mean, "All the PAM's for $20"?  We're only including 1 and 2, 
because they're the out-of-print ones.  The hope here is that providing 
the index and the two issues may re-interest people in the in-print ones.
