Why don't we offer to give him back an issue of PAM every time we sell a
CD that has PAM in it.

My feeling is...their is 10 years of TAG's on there, and 2 issues of PAM,
the ARCHIVE is like 25-30 bucks...I agree with Erik, take PAM's off, and
that way it is not an issue. Apologize and if we have to make up for
anything give him 2 of the total number of issues 69 (or about 1/35) on
the archive for the 15 discs sold. We are talking about like $15 bucks
here. A table at DC would have cost him a lot more than that and Cheryl
sold his books!!!
Not to mention the fact the AGA lost THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS and almost went
bankrupt on the whole PAM thing in the first place.
How annoying though we have to be thinking of this. I think/hope we can
ask nicely can we include the out of print PAMS on the ARCHIVE, and he
will say yes. IF he truly meant what he said in the email to Karen
about giving them away for free then hopefully he won't care that much
and it is just an issue of being asked and given acknowledgement.
