Hi Cheryl,I'm kinda using my own club's archives as a guide while I put this list together - we can archive whatever we feel is important. My local club keeps a copy of all of the minutes from the BOD meetings and General meetings, a copy of all publications, a copy of any videos made at any events, a copy of the end of the year financial reports (not the monthly ones - that's too much useless information!), a copy of each year's annual membership list, a copy of any legal documents such as tax exempt papers and our incorporation documents, and other things our BOD deems archivable such as the original artwork for our club logo, etc.
Right now in the AGA archive I've got the TAG issues that you sent me, some membership lists from 1991, 1992, and maybe another year (I'll go through them when I do the inventory), the rubber molds for the pins, and several videos from various events.
