In the pre-BOD days of AGA, there were no bylaws. The Steering Committee
governed by concensus, and we were small enough that it worked pretty well.
When we decided we were getting big enough to get "official", I mentioned a
horse organization I belong to where the ONLY "buylaw" is that anyone who
mentions bylaws has to buy everyone else a drink. Works great for that
organization too, but I think we're too big a machine for that now.<g>
