[AGA-mcm] PAM negotiation thing has concluded

Just FYI to the larger list, Karen concluded her negotiations with Dave. 
He apparently did not expect to hand over fullPAM rights in exchange for 
the lifetime membership, but merely let the AGA reprint PAM on DVD.  So 
any proposed deal has been cordially cancelled by both sides.  The TAG 
archive disks will remain TAG archive disks, and we will continue to sell 
our back stock of PAM as we do today.
