It sounds to me like we're all in agreement that we would rather see this go
off in '06 instead of '05. What do you say we bring it up to the SFBAAPS
folks and let them mull it over. If we do, I think it would be prudent to
set up a list of deadlines for them to help keep everything on track. If we
allow the thought of "well, I've got a year and a half to do it" we're just
going to be back where we are now.
