Well, we could always pick a semi-permanent location, as NEC has, and that 
cuts down on the organizational hassels tremendously.  Not as "fair" 
perhaps, as moving it around the country, but if people don't wnat to make 
the effort to help with the planning and execution, they don't have much 
say, IMO.

I am liking the "tone" of the SF troop less and less.
