Just thought I'd pass this along.  Incidentally, I'm about to turn into a 
pumpkin for real, as we're driving my sister-in-law (who's been helping 
along with my mom for the last month) to the airport in a couple hours.

Working on NEC as time allows, but please be generous in expectations for 
other tasks. :)

Well, I tried to get a few things rolling awhile back:-)
Personalities within the group on leadership was not the best at getting
things done.
I dropped out after Dave and Jeff decided to go forward with their own plan
rather than working together.
But neither really wanted the leader position or were decisive(or else were
to decisive).
I started things and then they got the notion they could do better so they
jumped in and took over the hotel thing, the speaker list etc
I'm not going to argue with someone that wants to do it and makes snide
snippety comments to me about it.
But then the foot dragging and late discussion.......ugh. I contacted the
speaker list I presented to the folks and then Jeff redid the entire thing
about 10 days ago.I contacted folks back in Feb on this. It's April. I
contacted the group about Hotels and did the first bid for that back in
Jan. Dave wanted to do that but kept saying how it was impossible at 100$ a
night.

Oh well.
2006 sounds nice and they have some of the work hashed out.

Well, now the Plant Fest 2005 is still happening ( motels are 20$ to 29.99)
and I have a speaking engaugement on plants at the Tampa public aquarium
added as well as a trip tour by the owner of Everglades Aquatics plant
wholesaler's at the end of this year's plant fest. I'll be taking folks to
Ginny springs to see the pleco's that are loose. So folks can still get one
plant trip in for the year. I'll have a program for folks shortly and will
send to the AGA, ADG and ADA.
Karen mentioned she wanted to go bad and I think Amano would like to come
and do a few things.

It'd be great for field trips if we ever had the AGA in FL, conventions are
cheap there also.
2007..........

Well, see you in 2006 or maybe for a plant fest, anyway, you'll love 2 kids
at the same time, that way you can be pulled two directions at the same
time.
