Not necessary and probably too much after the fact (i.e.,
too late after the transaction). I don't want to beat folks
over the head with this, just do minimum necessary to
comply.

Generally, I'm feeling pretty good these days, despite
having to to reseal the driveway last weekend and getting a
worse sunburn than I got during 2 weeks in Amazonia,
reworking the plumbing on the house water heater with
dielectric fittings, replacing some of the woodtrim on the
house. Anyway, we're not trying to make me happy, we're
just doing what we have to to maintain our tax-exempt
status.

Drat. I forgot that we do "solicit" memberships in TAG on
the info page. So it should go there too. Use tiny print is
you want, so long as it's legible.

Folks, I'm just giving you the best layman's interpretation
of the IRS material I've researched. Other interpretations
are welcome. When we make the big time, we can hire a
professional tax advisor.

Btw, I am going to prepare and file our Form 990 between
now and May 15. This is the information form that
Tax-exempts must file each year by the 15th day of the 5th
month after the close of the fiscal year. Unfortunately,
TurboTax doesn't include that form so I have to go into
full manual mode. Good grief! Hmmm, I wonder if I make this
more fun by making the Form 990 out of wood? Nah, the
postage wood be rediculous.
