Re: [AGA-mcm] Re: Aquatic Plant Central



It has been done by the authors; I don't think that APC has even known the articles were submitted to two places. And I've found that a couple of other articles have been published on the web, without my knowledge, before we printed them in TAG. Currently we do not have specific guidelines to prevent it, but I think it might be time to change that.
