Next mailer, I ain't sending a check until we know how
delivery turns out.
Before you sign a contrct with the mailer, where it says
"terms, 30 days net" or some such thing, be sure it also
says "upon delivery". Then if the service isn't properly
provided, the bill isn't due. If it doesn't say, "upon
deliver" then write it in. If they balk at that, ask why
they object to guaranteeing proper performance.
