Do we want to vote on expenditure approval for something
like this? It's less than might go out the door on a petty
cash reimbursement.

I'm willing to send Phil a check to reimburse him or to
send send acheck straight to APC if Phil can get the deal
set up and get me the business name, address, and phone
number, which I will need to get a check cut.


As with shampooing, repat the above as necessary for other
worthy sites.
