[AGA-mcm] Advertising on forums, observations, thoughts, and other insanity

I can take care of one or two forums (APC and The Planted Tank) with little 
extra time problems since I vist those to regularly.  The only conflict I 
can see is that I'm already on staff at APC.

The folks at The Planted Tank have started a custom of showing off which 
groups they're members of.  I've been surprised at how many (and more, how 
few) people are visibly members of the AGA.  If they're willing to show that 
off it seems to me that we might have a somewhat sympathetic crowd there.

Off hand, how hard would it be to make individual TAG articles available for 
download from our home site?  How much harder would it be to set up a 
shopping cart system where folks could buy them ala carte?  A friend and I 
were disucssing the merits of cable tv channels being available ala carte 
and how many more we would happily pay for v. having to buy a package to get 
one or two desirables.  I know we've got the TAG kit-n-kaboodle available on 
DVD and I'm more curious about how much work would go into it than anything.
